The tastiest ingredients yield the tastiest treats! At Cake Flour Bakery, we believe the ingredients in our goods should be of the finest quality available.  You won’t find any trans fat, artificial dyes, flavors, sweeteners, or preservatives in our products, only natural ingredients combined in-house by our chefs to make the best possible experience for your taste buds!

Flour

As the main ingredient in many of our baked goods, we only use unbleached and unbromated flour.

Sugar

Our sugar is unbleached, leaving the beneficial minerals and nutrients without adding any harmful chemicals.

Butter

We use European style butter, a type of butter that brings more flavor and less water into your favorite treats.

Chocolate

We use only the best European style chocolate made with 100% pure cocoa butter, 100% natural vanilla and absolutely no additives.

Seasonal Specialties

Our seasonal variety of fresh fruits and vegetables are all natural with no preservatives or harmful chemicals.

Decorative Ingredients

For our desserts that need a little pop, we use plant-based food coloring and sprinkles.
